Remove Furniture and Place in Secure Trailer On-Site.
Remove Wall Hangings & Cover Desk Area with Plastic
Remove Carpet & Padding
Remove Existing Subfloor
Install Additional Stringers for Support
Repair any Defects in Vapor Barrier
Usually Install Insulation if Customer Approves at additional charge
Install 1x4's perpendicular to, and on top of stringers to match height of existing floor in this case.
Install 4x8 Sheets of 23/32 plywood with tongue and groove cut on site for proper fit of to insure secure solid flooring.
Secure Plywood with Premium Wood Glue & Screws and Nails.
Foam Perimeter of New Flooring
Clean Floor and Install New LVP to the Doorway.
Install 3/4" PVC Quarter Round at Customers Request.
Install New Floor Register & Seal Duct
Remove all Job-Related Debris
Replace Furniture and Wall Hangings to Original Position
